Refund & Replacement

1. REFUND

Our products are made-to-order and customized, we do not accept exchanges or issue a full refund unless your items have a major problem as:

  • Significantly different from the description
  • Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier
  • Wrong designs or colors compared to the preview on our website
  • Not what you ordered

Please be noted that with other cases (not mentioned above) we only offer a partial refund (excluding the shipping fee).

The advertised picture may be insignificantly different from the actual item in color due to lighting during photo shooting or display, please allow a 15% difference between the website image and the actual item you receive.

We DO NOT offer returns or exchanges and refunds for any purchase due customer’s mistake below:

  • Enter the incorrect shipping address and as the result, the items are not being delivered successfully and are being returned to the sender.
  • Choose the wrong size, color, or style
  • Damaged during use

The items during a sale or special promotions (Buy 1 Get 1 Free sale, discount codes greater than 10%, or Free Shipping) are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, other than in exceptional circumstances.

Our products are made-to-order items, so please double-check your order carefully before checking out. In the above cases, we can only offer the discount code when you re-order in our store.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we don't accept refund or replacement requests.

To a claim please contact us here include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number

We will be inspected the photos/videos you send of the defective item and, if your item is eligible, we will make a new one immediately and send it to your address. You don’t even need to pay any extra cost or return anything.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued back to the original payment method. We cannot refund another form of payment. Once we have processed a refund, it can take your bank anywhere from 2-8 business days to process the refund on their end and issue it back to your account.
  • Remember not to return the item(s) you received because we do not accept returns. Please contact us if you have an order issue before returning any products.
  • Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be accepted. We are not responsible if you choose to return your order without consulting a representative.

2. EXCHANGE

At this time, we do not offer exchange/return in any case, we just offer a replacement. If your item is defective, you don't need to return the original item and we will resend you a replacement for free. We do not allow modifications to replacement items.
